Protect your back when moving heavy things

Atlanta chiropractor - push or pull

In this video I discuss why 20% of people injure their low backs. This happens when people pull instead of pushing heavy weight.

Pushing heavy weight keeps your low back straight, uses your body weight and legs to move the object. When you pull, your low back is at risk of bending which can strain the low back muscles and even cause disc herniations.
